PYA is seeking a Strategic Growth Director to join its high-performing and privately-owned firm with a dynamic culture and a strong national reputation.

The Strategic Growth Director will develop, manage, participate in, support, and drive initiatives that will enhance the firm’s brand and accelerate business growth by introducing innovative ways to engage prospective clients, industries, and the communities we serve. The ideal candidate will reflect PYA’s core values and possess executive presence.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Executive Officer, you will collaborate with PYA’s Marketing and Business Development Committee to advance the firm’s strategic vision, with an emphasis on developing and tracking marketing strategies and tactics specific to each service area in alignment with overall corporate strategies, messaging, and brand.
  • A strategic “doer” who identifies opportunities and aligns with resources to deliver outcomes with radical responsiveness.
  • Help establish or enhance the PYA brand in strategic key markets across the country.
  • Grow and develop relationships nationwide with peers, key stakeholders, organizations, distribution channels, prospective and existing clients.
  • Support the marketing team through active participation in projects and process management in the development and execution of marketing activities including thought leadership, publishing, webinars, website, industry presentations, conference attendance, media/public relations, videography, advertisements, and email/social media campaigns.
  • Track, measure, and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness. Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and stay up to date with marketing best practices, industry news, and emerging technologies

Qualifications

  • 8 years of communications or marketing experience with a professional services firm required.
  • Healthcare, banking, or real estate industries experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, WordPress, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Social media expertise, including campaign management and reporting.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with proven leadership expertise in developing, improving, and tracking comprehensive integrated marketing processes and project management.
  • Flexible, adaptable, approachable, coachable, highly collaborative, with a default “How can I help?” attitude.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
