Commercial and Residential HVAC Sales Associate

California Heating is currently hiring for a full-time Commercial and Residential HVAC Sales Associate to sell our services to residential and commercial clients in the Arcata, CA area. This position earns a competitive base compensation of $15.50-$35/hr, plus 8% commission on company-generated leads and 12% commission on self-generated leads.

DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time commission-based position has a flexible schedule depending on the needs of the customer. Some night and weekend availability may be required.

As a Commercial and Residential HVAC Sales Associate, you help grow our business by selling our HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services to residential and commercial clients. You pursue company-generated leads and you generate leads yourself by studying old service files and forging connections in the home services industry. During meetings with potential clients, you present the risks of poor air quality and the advantages of well-maintained HVAC systems, helping them choose products and services that best fit their needs. You understand that building strong relationships is just as important as closing deals, so you always provide exceptional customer service.
