As A Manager-In-Training You Will:

• Learn to lead a team to success by growing customer volume, driving sales and increasing profitability for the store
• Train with Assistant and General management on how to perform daily operations, perform necessary maintenance and troubleshoot issues
• Create a positive experience for every customer, every time by showing your eagerness to provide the “extra mile” of service
• Be ready to work in accordance with all Club Car Wash rules, policies, and protocols

What We Are Looking For In You:

• Desire to develop your career and leadership skills with a rapidly expanding company
• Be a self-starter and encourage a leader-leader environment
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude
• Mechanical-minded individuals are a plus
• Previous management experience is not required but desirable
