GPBG is looking for a case manager (BCBA) to provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in ABA, to children with autism.

Job Description

The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to ensure the quality and effective implementation of all treatment and programming for designated clients at their center. BCBA’s will also have multi-level management responsibilities in the areas of therapist and center management, with the purpose of overseeing operations of autonomous centers while maintaining compliance of standardized protocols and procedures.

Key responsibilities:

Supervise client caseload of multiple clients

Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments and based off these assessments design and create top quality individualized treatment programs

Oversee and maintain accurate and organized client notes, data, and reports for tracking and auditing purposes

Provide supervision for candidates in approved programs (RBT, BCBA and ACM)

Train staff and /or family members to ensure appropriate implementation of the behavior support plan (i.e. – all staff meetings, monthly parent trainings, parent workshops, etc.)

Evaluate effectiveness of the behavioral intervention plan by means of direct observation and analyzing data and making necessary adjustments and updates to optimize progress.

Conduct regular mentor meetings and established performance evaluations for clinical staff and provide

feedback in areas of strength or improvement

Maintain positive, driven culture amongst therapists, clients, and their families

Oversee the ongoing operations of the center to ensure policies and procedures are implemented and

followed through by all staff

Ensure centers are well maintained and organized; communicating structural or facility issues to the

Office Administrator immediately to ensure they are addressed

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (Required)

2+ years in a supervisor level position preferred

Established management skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Strong verbal and written communication skills
