Job Requirements Include:
-Applying fertilizer, pesticides, and herbicides to our residential clients’ properties
-Mixing and managing of chemicals
-Following safety practices according to OSHA
-Monitoring, diagnosing, and treating lawn deficiencies
-Door to door sales in the off season
Ideal Candidate will:
-Possess Commercial Pesticide Applicator License
-Demonstrate knowledge of Lawn Maintenance, Trees and Shrubs
-Have working knowledge of applicator equipment
-Have sales experience
Candidate must:
- Be certified in 3A Turf grass Pest Management, 3B Ornamental Pest Management, 6 Right-of-Way Pest Management, 7F Mosquito Management, and Commercial Core, or ability to obtain.
-Have high school diploma or GED
-Have clean criminal record and clean driver record
-Have legal documentation for employment eligibility
-Be able to pass a drug screen upon request
-Be in physical condition to handle a full range of work activities, as well as lift 50lbs without assistance.
-Ability to work effectively alone and in a team environment
-Prior lawn care work is helpful, but not required, we provide excellent training
-Must be able to follow and comply with written and verbal instructions, and safety regulations regarding the performance of job duties.

- 8-12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays Required if Needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Licensed Fertilizer Tech: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- 3A,3B, 6, 7F
