Host/ Hostess - Henderson

We are now hiring a Host/Hostess for immediate work! Hourly pay is $12-15 per hour, depending on experience.  We are a fast paced, high volume Brunch restaurant and requires a strong candidate who can stay calm, cool and collected during rushes.

Responsibilities

• Handling a waitlist while communicating wait times clearly to guests
• Answering the phones and book reservations
• The ability to be hospitable is an essential skill for this position
• Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
• Analyze and estimate wait times for guests, managing a waitlist
• Managing the phone. Hosts are required to take notes, messages, reservations and
  takeout in addition to checking voicemails daily.
• Thanking and greeting guests with genuine appreciation before they leave
• Helping your team with dropping waters and occasionally bussing tables 

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Strong organizational and motivational skills
• Health Card required
