We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Solar Installation Manager to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
As the Residential Solar Installation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of solar panel installations for residential properties. This includes project planning, coordination, and management of installation teams to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy systems, including batteries, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for renewable energy.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for residential solar installations.
  • Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to meet company and customer expectations.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate a team of solar installation technicians.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide training as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Oversee the quality of solar installations to meet industry standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and improve quality control processes to enhance overall performance.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure necessary materials and equipment.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including permits, plans, pictures, and inspection records.
  • Generate regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in residential solar and battery backup installation and project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with solar energy regulations and industry best practices.
  • Knowledge of relevant software and tools for project management.
