Job Summary
Saloon Managers are true leaders of our Hair Saloon locations. Youll work alongside the owner to provide growth opportunities for your team, build a profitable business operation, and ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

• Follow, understand, and communicate Hair Saloon's standard operating procedures
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top-performing talent
• Prepare and perform staff member performance evaluations fairly with the assistance of your local franchise owner
• Perform premium mens grooming services to Hair Saloon standards
• You are comfortable using basic computer programs
• Assist clients in choosing the perfect service, style, and product for their individual needs
• Build lasting relationships with guests and staff members
• Promote the credo, culture, and values of Hair Saloon
• Communicate effectively with peers and superiors
• Create a positive team environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Licensed with state cosmetology and/or barber board
• Experience in customer service, computer, and cash controls
• Some management experience is preferred, but not required

Compensation

• Earnings potential $50,000 - $75,000+ a year (includes base annual salary plus performance bonus, commission, and gratuities)
