Salary:

Summary

Primarily responsible for providing administrative support to managers, other employees, and office visitors by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Education – Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in administrative roles.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Basic understanding of business operation and administrative processes.
  • Microsoft office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.


Essential Functions

  • Support administrative tasks including data entry, management of business documents, and preparation of reports.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, planning events, and organizing appointments for senior staff.
  • Provide customer service support, addressing queries, and resolving basic issues.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and administrative procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
