Looking for a job that provides meaningful work and competitive compensation? Consider a position in a State Farm Agent's office as an Office Manager Assistant. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right skill set.


This is a local / in office position, you must be able to commute to our Bridgeport, NE location. Must have or be able to obtain Property and Casualty insurance license.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Greet clients and answer phones.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

Requirements

  • Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred.

  • Property & Casualty license - must be able to obtain
