Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic and innovative engineering team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, where you will be working on state-of-the-art CNC machines, laser cutting tools, and steel fabrication equipment. You will be responsible for the production of high-quality parts and components, ensuring that all products meet our stringent quality standards. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on CNC machine operation, laser cutting, steel fabrication, and tube bending.

1. Operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality components.
2. Utilizing laser cutting tools to precisely cut materials according to specifications.
3. Performing steel fabrication tasks, including welding, cutting, and bending.
4. Executing tube bending procedures to create complex shapes and structures.
5. Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and schematics

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering industry.
2. Proficiency in operating CNC machines and laser cutting tools.
3. Extensive experience in steel fabrication and tube bending.
4. Strong understanding of engineering blueprints and schematics.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues with manufacturing equipment.

You will be working with CAD, CNC, welding, shearing, punching, forming, laser cutting, thermoplastic coating, powder coating, painting, packaging, shipping, and more.
