*What We Are Seeking*
Account Managers act as the communication connection between a client and a business. They may work in a variety of industries, such as construction, retail, manufacturing, property management, and trade business. At Winn Insurance Group, we are seeking a *full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager* who will build and strengthen client relationships by assisting them with all their commercial insurance needs. This person may handle all aspects of a customer’s experience with the company, such as contract negotiations with new clients, market research in different industries, and new business opportunities for existing clients. *This position reports into our Wichita, KS office.*
*Job Responsibilities*
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records using our agency management system which includes working with the database, core files and transactional files.
* Responsible for coordinating account servicing needs during the policy year including binders, certificates, auto ID cards, filings, endorsements, etc.
* Coordinate the preparation of renewal submissions including gathering information, marketing and/or submitting to carrier underwriters.
* Responsible for preparing the proposal of final coverages for the client and for negotiating coverage and premium issues with the company on renewal business as needed.
* Deliver the Schedule of Insurance to the insured as well as claims reporting instructions.
* Participate in client review meetings, marketing meetings and client proposal presentations.
* Possess proven, proactive communication level with clients and teammates.
*Minimum Requirements*
* High School Diploma (or equivalent)
* License: Property & Casualty (ANY)
*Preferred Skills*
* License: Property & Casualty (KS)
* Designation: CISR
* Areas of Expertise: Commercial Umbrella, Casualty / General Liability, Commercial Auto, Property, Workers' Compensation, Certificate Issuance for Contractors, Contract Review & Analysis, Excess & Surplus Lines, Contractor’s Equipment, Small Business / BOP
