At Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo), located in Richland, Washington, we are working to provide a sustainable future for the historic Hanford area through the protection of the Columbia River and the remediation of the Central Plateau. Our Training & Procedures team is seeking a Training Program Coordinator to support the following areas:

Coordinating resource time for training and medical scheduling:
* Track, trend, and make notifications for required training courses and qualifications for personnel.
* Coordinate training sessions and schedules for assigned personnel in accordance with company priorities.
* Work closely with Training Specialists to ensure that required training is provided as needed.
* Coordinate medical appointments with the site medical contractor.
* Work closely with supervisors/managers to ensure that personnel are available for required training.
* Ensure that personnel and supervisors/managers are scheduled for required training prior to expiration of training using the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). - Notify personnel and supervisor/managers of upcoming expiration of requirement qualifications and training.

Collaborating with management, health and safety personnel, medical providers, and training providers on course and medical appointment scheduling:
* Team with site contractors and HAMMER representatives to develop training requirement sets.
* Work with training vendors to develop course schedules that meet company needs.
Developing and maintaining employee training plans.
* Interface with subject matter experts, training management, and technical authorities to evaluate training requirements and refine training requirement process.
* Develop and maintain the core infrastructure for training plans and training reports. - Work with facility management to update and maintain employee training plans current with changing requirements.
* Ensure training plans include EJTA required training.
* Meet with facility interfaces and technical authorities on a periodic basis to ensure training plans meet current program and facility needs.

Providing tracking and trending reports for training and medical scheduling:
* Develop and deliver training status reports as required by manager or as requested by customers.
* Develop ad hoc training reports to support assessments, project management requests, and training management requests.

Basic Qualifications
* Career Level Grade 16: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 5 or more years of relevant experience.
* Senior Level Grade 18: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 8 or more years of relevant experience.

The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.

Desired Qualifications
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software suite.
* Knowledge of training scheduling processes using SuccessFactors Learning Management Software.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
* Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.

Compensation & Benefits
In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.

Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):

* Career Level Grade 16: $86,138 - $108,513
* Senior Level Grade 18: $104,175 - $131,425

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
