Customer Service Representative

Pay | $13 per hour

Schedule | Monday - Friday (9 AM - 6 PM) (12 PM - 9 PM) or (1 PM - 10 PM)

Requirements

• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Be responsible for providing excellent customer service via phone to customers and drivers, giving accurate and clear directions, coordinating instructions, and assisting with a variety of shipping needs.
