At Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo), located in Richland, Washington, we are working to provide a sustainable future for the historic Hanford area through the protection of the Columbia River and the remediation of the Central Plateau. The CPCCo Business Services team is seeking a self-directed, solution-oriented, and well-organized Change/Proposal Activity Manager.

A day in the life of a Change/Proposal Activity Manager involves, but is not limited to:
* Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
* Develop processes for evaluating, determining, and communicating contract changes in coordination with Project Integration and technical stakeholders.
* Act as interpretative authority on the contract along with the legal department for changes or REAs.
* Act as advisor on and communicate company risk across various functions as necessary.
* Support the Business Services organization in assuring contract and FAR requirement compliance while meeting customer expectations.
* Lead the development of proposals and facilitate proposal status meetings.
* Ability to interface with Contracting Officers and senior organizational leaders in development of change and task order proposals.
* Support to internal and external assessments and audits as necessary.
* Adhere to highest standards of ethical business conduct.
* Quickly identify, analyze, and plan resolution of emerging issues/changes.
* Handle sensitive or Official Use Only information.
* Provide timely guidance and feedback to help others strengthen knowledge, accomplish tasks, or solve problems.

Basic Qualifications
* Career Grade 20: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 8 or more years of relevant experience.
* Senior Grade 21: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 10 or more years of relevant experience.

The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.

Desired Qualifications
* Experience with interpreting contract requirements and regulations.
* Extensive experience in application of the Federal Acquisition Regulations for contracting in Federal Agencies.

Compensation & Benefits
In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.

Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):

* Career Level Grade 20: $126,025 - $158,875
* Senior Level Grade 21: $138,700 - $174,900

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
