Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

If all lobby associates are assisting members, the Concierge acts as the primary greeter and accounts for the first impression that a member or potential member receives concerning the Credit Union.

Possesses the ability to memory stack members' names and requested services.

Verifies the MyMAX Perks area is kept stocked and presentable at all times.

Verifies the electronic rate board is updated with current rates and all information is accurate.

Performs the duties of lobby associates as needed.

Adheres to the professional standards set by MAX's Personnel Policy Manual regarding attendance, personal grooming, and member relations.

Performs all functions related to the encoding of ATM and debit cards.

Supports and adheres to member service standards.

Receives member queries on services and accounts, counsel's members, performs stop payments, and processes check orders all while striving for quality member service.

Cross sells MAX products and maintains records of products sold. Must strive to meet members' needs or refers members to appropriate personnel for further assistance.

Cross-trains to assist with opening accounts as needed.

Pays meticulous attention to details when performing daily tasks.

Completes all training as required.

Maintains a member first mindset.

Upholds core values and builds team member and customer relationships.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
