2nd Shift Machine Operator

SVS Group is currently looking to hire an Experienced Machinist on 2nd Shift for one of our best Aerospace Clients here in Phoenix, AZ. You will have typical Machinist job duties to include:

• We have a fantastic opportunity to get into the Aerospace Industry.
• You will be operating very large machines that are used to bend metal while using Hydraulics
• You will be trained on these machines but we do need some Machining Experience while working with metal
• You will load parts manually
• You will need to read blueprints and job travelers

Requirements:

• We require that you have at least 5+ years of Machine Operating Experience while dealing with Metal
• Good experience that carries over would be CNC Machines, Brake Press, Punch Press, Water Jet, or any other type of Metal Forming Machines.
• You must know how to read Blueprints and Job Travelers
• You must take direction extremely well and want to learn
• You must have fantastic attendance and punctuality
• You must get along very well with others
• You must be open to working 2nd Shift - Monday - Friday 2pm - 10:30pm plus overtime as needed.
