Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join our team. As the Quality Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. You will oversee the quality control processes, conduct audits, and implement improvements to enhance our quality management systems.
Duties:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and analyze production processes to ensure adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
- Oversee the fabrication of products, ensuring they meet specifications and quality requirements
- Manage and maintain documentation related to quality systems, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance and control procedures
- Utilize project management techniques to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process optimization
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality control or assurance roles
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies
- Familiarity with QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) principles and practices
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
