Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Inventory/Part Clerk with a minimum of five years' industry experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, exhibits consistent follow-through, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Hours: 6a-4p (overtime may be required, including work on Saturdays)
Pay: $18-$23.50 DOE
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Quality control and auditing of inventory
- Calling vendors, verifying information, and making updates
- Reviewing reports, assisting with labeling and inventory management
- Reviewing credentialing applications for completeness
- Assisting with oil samples when data entry is caught up
- Sitting at a cubicle for extended periods of time
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an inventory clerk position or related role
- Minimum 65 WPM typing speed
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and keyboard skills
- Computer and internet proficiency preferred
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude in vendor and coworker interactions
- Ability to establish and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Strong documentation and follow-up capabilities
- Ability to manage shop expectations and take ownership of tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
