Quality Inspector

QUALITY INSPECTOR- Full-Time, 2nd Shift, Mon-Fri, 4:30pm-12:30am, $18-$30/hour

Responsibilities include:

· Inspect and approve in-process and finished products by confirming specifications and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.

· Conduct visual and measurement testing.

· Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, and input data into quality database.

· Ensure that all parts and materials are in full compliance.

· Perform layout inspection.

· Perform 1st piece- first article inspection.

· Qualifications/Experience:

· At least 3 years experience as an Inspector.

· Blueprint reading & geometric tolerancing interpretation required.

· Experience using micrometers, calipers, depth gauges indicators, and precision gauges.
