Position: Performance and Quality Coordinator

Pay Rate: $23.00 /hourly

Location: Modesto, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30am - 2:00pm

Job Description:
The Performance and Quality Coordinator is responsible for ensuring high performance and quality standards are met and maintained within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of performance metrics and quality assurance processes to drive continuous improvement and achieve company goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that the documentation base for Quality control (QC) activities in Aquarius are updated and compliant with accreditations.
  • Support operational teams in the formalization of processes and quality documentation.
  • Support the Lab managers in ensuing the equipment calibrations are maintained as per standard operating procedures.
  • Support QC managers in maintenance of lab equipment , connecting with vendors ,maintenance teams.
  • Support the QC lab managers in preparing for management review.
  • Assist in performing root cause analysis. Continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development and maintaining the in-house ELITE operational excellence ELITE program.
  • This includes assisting in driving the 5S ELITE program, short interval meeting (SIM) for germination and seed health labs and GEMBA walks and problem-solving tools.
  • Assist in training the lab technicians on the ELITE methodologies.
  • Support consolidating Key performance indicators and routine animation.
  • Provide monthly continuous improvement reports to stake holders and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Participate in monthly quality meetings and contrite to help establishing the next focus area.

Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Microsoft word , excel
  • Knowledge of Quality management would be a plus
  • Good communication skills
