Location: West Berlin, NJ (on-site)

Position Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Hourly Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00, depending on experience

Overtime: Voluntary, based on Business needs

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers placing orders online and over the phone
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about our products
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues or concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the products we sell
• Drop ship and place orders through our vendors
• Assisting with buying new products from our vendors

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive and professional demeanor
• E-commerce experience is a plus
• General office software knowledge
