The Mid-level Real Estate Transactional Attorney will be responsible for commercial real estate and corporate transactions. As the Mid-level Real Estate Transactional Attorney will be well-versed with acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and aspects of entity formation.

Responsibilities:
- Handle acquisitions and dispositions for sophisticated commercial real estate and corporate transactions
- Ensuring financing and entity formation requirements are met, including governing documents, corporate documentation and agreements
- Provide business counseling and general commercial agreements
Requirements:
- Possesses a Juris Doctorate degree
- Active license/bar association in New York
- 5+ years of transactional/real estate experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Proven analytical and legal skills
