We are currently searching for a skilled CNC Machinist in Georgetown, KY. In this position you will interpret client specifications, enter them into the CNC machine, set up the machine and monitor it as it operates, ensuring excellence of the product by following inspection protocols and detecting errors before products are released.

Comp: $20.20/hr. - $30/hr. (DOE)
Shift: 12-Hour, Night Shift (7pm – 7:20am)

Job Description:
We are currently searching for a skilled CNC Machinist in Georgetown, KY. In this position you will interpret client specifications, enter them into the CNC machine, set up the machine and monitor it as it operates, ensuring excellence of the product by following inspection protocols and detecting errors before products are released.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a seated forklift
- Die grinding.
- Properly build dies following required specifications
- Support production lines.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Practice safe shut down and lockout / tagout procedures.
- Accurately document department data / compete required paperwork.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Die assembly/polishing.
- EDM Sinkers/wire
- CNC vertical/horizontal
- QC Mitutoyo CMM operation
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- Adhere to all safety policies.
- Steel, forging, manufacturing experience preferred.
- Perform computer function.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Technical knowledge
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to train others as needed.
- Work as a team.
