Our bus tour company is searching for an experienced professional to join our team as a “customer experiences” Tour planner Imagineer.


Of course we are looking for someone who is passionate about seeing the world through travel and helping others do the same! This role involves planning trips, suggesting travel destinations, maintaining client files, organizing budgets and managing luxury travel experiences end to end.

This is a full time position requiring at least 40hrs/week

Requirements:

Travel - Role & Responsibilities

· Imagine, Design, Create & Manage retail travel / Tour packages

· Construct Retail tours with different goals and activities to attract the general public to purchase a “Seat” on the tour.

· Work with preformed groups to determine their traveling needs & create exciting custom group tours.

· Book transportation and hotel reservations on behalf of clients.

· Maintain client information and financial records.

· Stay up to date with the latest travel trends and incorporate them into future experiences for clients

· Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event.

· Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event or travel planning process to ensure everything is in order.

· Manage & Resolve travel issues, complaints, and refunds.

· Meet sales targets and profit goals.
