We are searching for drivers that will be responsible for delivering cookie orders to customers on time and warm. Drivers need to be reliable and concerned with customer satisfaction. The driver will pick up and drop off cookies corresponding to assigned routes and time schedules.
To succeed, you should be punctual and polite with a commitment to providing customers with an excellent experience. You should be thorough in checking that orders are correct, be committed to working safely, and passionate about customer experience.
Delivery Driver Responsibilities
- Loading, transporting, and delivering cookies to clients or businesses ON TIME
- Operating a motor vehicle such as cars, trucks, etc., for delivery purposes
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to make sure that they are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is happy
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles
- Accepting payments for delivered items
- Providing the best customer service
- Answering questions and are comfortable handling complaints from customers
- Adhering to assigned routes and follow time schedules
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
- Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries
- Assist store crew as necessary
Delivery Driver Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have personal car and insurance
- Holds a valid FL driver's license
- Has a clean driving record
- Experience preferred
- Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Ability to walk, drive, lift and carry heavy (up to 50lbs) items for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
