Job Details:

• Operate a TRUMPF CNC Press Brake to bend sheet metal
• Read digital work instructions
• Use autonomous robots to transport materials
• Determine if tools are undamaged and in safe condition for use
• Measure completed workpieces to verify conformance to specifications
• Work in a fast-paced environment with fast changing priorities
• Consistently produce usable product that meets the dimensional specifications
• Examine completed workpieces for defects
• Position, align, and secure workpieces against fixtures or stops on machine beds or on dies
• Clean and lubricate machines

Qualifications:

• Press brake experienced NOT required; we will train the right person
• Requires basic computer and math skills
• Job requires attention to detail and thorough in completing work tasks
• Previous experience using precision measurement tools is a plus
• Ability to read prints and work instructions
• Great attitude and desire for self-improvement
• Enjoy working in a thriving team atmosphere (we really do mean Team)

Physical Requirements:

• Be able to stand and walk all the time
• Ability to occasionally move objects weighing 60 pounds
• Ability to respond to visual and audible queues
• Ability to handle and move materials frequently
