Summary

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Teacher to join our team at Noor Child Care Center. The Assistant Teacher will play a crucial role in caring for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety, comfort, and development. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided, and all associated costs will be covered.

Duties

Responsibilities:
  • Assist lead teachers in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers.
  • Attend to the basic needs of children, including feeding, diapering, potty training and naptime routines.
  • Engage in age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and physical development.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
  • Adhere to all center policies and procedures.


Requirements

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in early childhood education is a plus but not required).
  • A genuine love for working with infants and toddlers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and required vaccinations.


Nice To Haves

  • Degree in early childhood education
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • 15 hours training in early childhood (or willingness to obtain).
