Job Description
JWG TRUCKING LLC
We are looking for a highly-organized dispatcher to join our team. You're a multitasker, acting as the first point of contact for customer requests, while also arranging the scheduling, reporting, and communication for service calls. You will communicate with drivers and customers via phone, email, and text. The ideal candidate has basic computer skills and is comfortable preparing daily work orders and schedules for the field team. Ready to join our growing company? Start your application today!
Compensation:$50,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers and field teams about service details and special requests
- Record customer complaints and service tech notes
- Produce documents needed for dispatch
- Coordinate service calls for field teams and customers
- Create and change service calls when needed
- Mandatory 3+ years of dispatching experience in construction or dump trucking field
- Exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions while maintaining a positive mindset
- Confidence in being able to implement a positive customer journey
