Data Analyst, Power BI & Fabric Focus

Join Rapid Response as a Data Analyst and unleash the power of Microsoft Power BI and Fabric. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams, translate business needs into stunning dashboards, and champion cross-organizational data initiatives.

Compensation ranging from $80,000 - $110,000 based upon experience.

You will:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, tailoring them to specific stakeholder needs.
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric components to ensure consistency and user-friendliness across data visualizations.
• Collaborate with data engineers to gather, transform, and model data for analysis.
• Deep-dive into data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership, fostering data-driven decision-making.
• Stay current with the latest Power BI and Fabric features and best practices.

You're a perfect fit if you have:

• Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, with a knack for creating clear and compelling visualizations.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Fabric principles and design guidelines.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, including SSAS and SSRS.
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for learning and keeping up with the ever-evolving data landscape.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Python or R for advanced data analysis.
• Understanding of statistical concepts and their application in business contexts.
• Experience implementing data governance and security measures.
