We are looking for a

Fulfillment Operations Coordinator

to assist in logistical support and streamlining our operations!

Job Responsibilities: Review freight bills for accuracy and approve in a timely Run reports for Operations, including capacity analysis and picking/put-away metrics Respond to logistics inquiries for Customer Service (pulling proof of deliveries, etc.) Assist with gathering data for warehouse efficiency initiatives File freight claims with our carriers on damaged product Issue call-tags and return labels for our merchandise returning from customers Ensure we are receiving back product in a timely manner

Job Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant warehouse fulfillment experience (shipping, supply chain, or general distribution) Understanding of Logistics in terms of LTL shipments Excel knowledge and practical usage Strong collaboration capabilities Excellent ability to understand and utilize warehouse systems and technology

Preferred Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience Project management experience helpful (PMP/CAPM, Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting. Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions. Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.
