CONTINUOUS FLEXPATH

This is a full-time 40 hr work-week position until the end of our Peak Season (approx. the end of the summer of 2024). Once our Peak Season ends, you will transition to a 24 hr work-week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) schedule. Based on need, performance, and attendance, there is the potential that you could be offered a full-time year round position.!

PRODUCTION IS A VALUED DEPARTMENT

Production follows the One Piece Flow system. One Piece Flow is working as a team to complete one product at a time from off of the CNC table, through the build process, until that one product is sealed into a box and ready for shipment to our valued customers.Area Leaders, CNC operators and assemblers work closely together to create high quality outdoor furniture. We place precisely cut pieces of plastic lumber into premade fixtures and use battery operated impact drivers to screw and fasten them together. Working at a steady pace to ensure time quotas are met while confirming that all furniture is of the highest quality before packaging for shipment. You are given all of the necessary tools and education to be considered for promotion and advancement within the company.

Starting Rate: $20.00 hourly plus 8% premium

SCHEDULE 1st Shift: Monday-Friday-7AM-3PM

NOW UNTIL FALL OF 2024

40 hrs a week until the end of our 2024 Peak Season (Late Summer/Early Fall)

EFFECTIVE FALL OF 2024

40 hrs a week in the peak season; 24 hrs a week during the off season (Tues - Thursday)

PEAK SEASON - Spring/Summer (overtime potential)

OFF SEASON - Fall/Winter

• 40 hrs a week NOW through the end of Peak Season 2024
• 24 hrs a week in the Off-Season (Fall and Winter)
• Starting in 2025 40 hrs a week in the Peak Season (Spring and Summer)
• Holiday Pay
• FT (Flex Time) Awarded for every 40 hour workweek worked (Sunday-Saturday) until the end of our Peak Season (Spring & Summer).
  • Your awarded hours will be spread evenly throughout the Off-Season to ensure you have a steady income

• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
• Must be able to work in shifts 8-10 hours long (longer is needed), where you are regularly required to stand, walk, and use basic sensory functions
• Work 5-6 weekends a year
