Job Description

We are looking for a Legal Intake Specialist who is smart, hard-working, teachable, and compassionate. If you are looking for a career in intake, this is for you.

We pay professional wages with a healthy bonus and great benefits. If you are just looking to get your foot in the door of the legal world, and don't have any experience yet, we want to talk to you as well. Intake professionals who excel in this role are given an opportunity to be fully trained and moved into our paralegal, client relations, or administrative branches of the firm if they want to make that move. Most of the non-attorney team members at Bolton Law started in this position. This is not a role that will allow you to do homework or play on your phone between calls. We are busy. Our intake professionals are smart and flexible and spend spare moments between calls helping our legal production team meet their goals. We are a rapidly growing firm committed to providing concierge-level service to our clients, and we are looking for career-minded individuals to assist us. We help people whose lives are in crisis. You can expect days to be emotional, but satisfying. If this sounds like a job you’d love, apply now!

Compensation:

$41,000 - $54,000

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard
  • Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate
  • Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files
  • Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothly
  • Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor’s degree is desired
  • Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • CRM and case management software experience a plus
