We are seeking a Day Porter who takes pride in their work to join our team!

Pay Rate : $21.00 - $21.50 P/H DOE

Mon Wed Fri Sat and Sun 20hrs per week (variable days)

• This site requires cleaning a large shopping complex outdoors rain or shine. Must be able to lift 40lbs and clean store fronts and graffiti/paint as needed.

What you will do....

• Clean exterior of buildings including walls and fixtures
• Ensure facility and complex are kept clean, picked up, and presentable to the public
• Trash removal & recycling bins
• Disinfect commonly used areas
• Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
• Clean and maintain restrooms
• Wash and clean windows and mirrors
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions, major repairs, and any abnormal conditions
• Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment if required
• Proven work experience as a janitor
• Ability to lift at least 40lbs
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Manage time efficiently
• Must be able to use basic cleaning equipment
