Occasional sitter for three children

We’re a family of 5. Mom, Dad and our 3 children. Our children are ages 2, 4 and 7 years old. We both work full time and cannot seem to find time for ourselves occasionally. We’re looking for a sitter to help with our children on occasion. We would prefer someone who can be gentle and knows how to cater to each age needs. Help with potty training is a bonus but not required. We would like someone who has their own transportation and will pay close attention to the children. We have a preferred bed time if it’s a later occasion. We’re looking for someone with availability for Saturdays. Times will vary depending on our plans. Usually we do later events ranging from 8pm- 12am; 1-6 pm.
