IMEG is growing, and we'd love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking a Marketing Integration Manager in our office. As a Marketing Integration Manager, you will oversee and execute IMEG's marketing integration processes for newly acquired firms, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and marketing strategy. This role serves as a crucial link between the Marketing team, new firms, and the M&A Synergy Team, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration throughout the integration timeline. As a valued member of IMEG's Marketing team and Corporate Services Group (CSG), the Project Manager contributes to the cohesive branding and strategic alignment of acquisitions, enhancing the company's market presence and maximizing synergies from each new addition.
Some key duties and responsibilities include:
Works with CMO to develop integration plan for each new firm from initial announcement planning to data and qualifications migration to final name transition action items
Supports due diligence review and research to help prepare marketing integration plan development for each new firm
Serves as the marketing integration liaison with the M&A Synergy Team participating in weekly check-ins and supporting CSG cross-departmental collaboration needs
Manages and executes all marketing-related M&A integration action items, with marketing department support, including but not limited to:
New firm announcement-related action items
Welcome event planning and materials development
Client and Project data migration
Qualification materials integration including transitional qualifications and full project experience integration
CQL material updates in relation to updated firm stats
Content for website integration including locations, leaders, services, and projects
Image library integration (Open Asset)
Office signage & IMEG product inventory transition
Brand standards compliance and process training for acquired firms
Serves as a go-to liaison for marketing questions and requests, connecting new firm contacts with appropriate marketing and CSG support as needed
Manages and supports marketing-related team training and new marketing staff onboarding
Guides the procurement transition efforts supporting updates for new firm vendor registrations, pre-qualifications, and client portals working with other CSG departments
Serves as a proactive team member actively participating in executing marketing integration action items to meet the demand
Maintains strong communications and working relationships across all CSG departments and engineering operations
Manages and supports other Marketing/CSG-related efforts as needed - including participating in task forces, workgroups, and other integration process-related enhancement efforts
Other duties as assigned
Key skills and abilities needed for the position are:
Highly organized, with good time management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in order to assist in meeting deadlines
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead, guide, and coach team members
Problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong research skills
Strong knowledge of procurement and risk management practices
Positive, collaborative attitude, with the ability to work well with supervisor, co-workers, principals, consultants, and other outside contacts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn software applications
Travel may be required, approximately 5-10%
Education and experience requirements are:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree required
4+ years of related experience in marketing, procurement, orbusiness operations required
A/E/C industry experience preferred
