We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Morris, MN.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM
• Pay: $18 - $20 per hour (depending on experience)
• Requirements: Previous office/accounting experience

Essential job functions:

• Customer service tasks include answering and directing phones, taking orders and customer payments, greeting customers/vendors, and dispatching orders.
• Maintaining a clean and organized office space.
• Performing data entry tasks.
• Sending month-end customer statements.
• Maintaining test records and other documents.
