We're hiring a Seasonal Teller to join our Central Region Team.

Responsible for serving the bank's customers from the teller line by completing a variety of financial transactions following technical and operational guidelines. This position, which includes seasonal/summer staff, will be trained in the features and benefits of the deposit product offerings, how customer experience service is delivered, and how to make referrals to the appropriate bank personnel regarding other products and offerings of the bank.

This position will float among the Central Group's Financial Centers, which include: Blue Bell, Chalfont, Collegeville, Doylestown, Lansdale, Line Lexington, Montgomeryville, Vernfield, and West Lawn.



Responsibilities

BRANCH HOURS (Some locations may vary):

  • Monday- Wednesday: 8 am - 4 pm
  • Thursday: 8 am - 5 pm
  • Friday: 8 am - 6 pm
  • Saturday: 9 am - 1 pm (2-3 per month are required)

POSITION INCLUDES:

  • Perform all teller transactions promptly, efficiently, and accurately
  • Adhere to all procedures including operational guidelines, teller customer service standards and check cashing procedures and all security measures.
  • Operate computerized teller terminal
  • Participate in various training and development programs
  • Provide friendly, courteous, professional customer experience service
  • Assist in bank promotions by regularly engaging customers in sales conversations
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of Univest Products and Services
  • Learn to identify customer needs and cross sell opportunities
  • Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct
  • Perform additional duties as required



Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Strong written/verbal/organizational skills
  • Previous experience with MS Office Suite
  • 2+ years cash handling and customer service experience
  • Neat, professional appearance following established guidelines for appropriate dress
