Accountant Level I

MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics or a related field of study. Four (4) additional years of related experience (11 total) may be substituted for bachelor's degree
• A minimum of seven (7) years of related experience with the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) preparing execution documentation such as Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR), and Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) experience preparing Procurement Work Directives, and financial reporting on daily status of funds (SOF), and financial management and execution experience with appropriated funding such as O&M, OPA, RDT&E, etc. This minimum experience must be with DoD Program Executive Office (PEO), Project Manager (O6 PM) or Product Manager (O5 PdM) to be considered applicable to this requirement
• Critical skills for this position are attention to detail, deadline-oriented, time management, effective communication

DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) by the Army Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC)
