Hunter Hamilton is partnering with our client near the Temple Terrace area who is seeking a Temporary to Possible Hire Administrative Support Specialist to join their team! This position offers the opportunity for full-time on-site work and the potential for permanent employment. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the sales regions, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director(s). Key responsibilities include data administration, clerical tasks, and advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables. The pay for this opportunity is $28-$31/hr depending on skill set and experience.
Essential Functions:
- Manage customer pricing pages in the CRM system.
- Execute price change notifications for customers as directed by the Pricing Function.
- Generate various reports including sales invoices, reconciliations, consignments, purchase history, and month-end reports.
- Provide support to the sales team by answering inquiries and managing customer data.
- Offer additional assistance with CRM, PowerBI, and ERP systems as needed.
- Maintain National Account data and prepare associated reports.
- Coordinate shipments for demo tools and trade show materials.
- Manage office supply purchases and shipments for employees in the territory.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as credit rebills.
Position Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Advanced Level Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) is essential.
- Strong analytical skills are required.
