Responsibilities:

  • Showcase your expertise by handling all conventional aspects of architecture assignments or specific limited portions of projects.
  • Apply building codes and standards in line with the complexity of each project.
  • Take charge of executing and coordinating projects from inception to successful completion.
  • Demonstrate your flair for writing narratives, reports, assessments, and other written work. Depending on your skill set level, you will receive assistance from our team to ensure top-notch quality.
  • Bring your creativity to life by producing detailed drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and schedules for various projects.
  • Enhance project efficiency by modifying and developing standard details.
  • Collaborate with our team to review submittals and respond to RFIs, ensuring compliance and smooth project execution.
  • Embrace team leadership responsibilities as the main contact for engineers and consultants.

  • Time management: Show your ability to manage project timelines and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Critical thinking: Apply your problem-solving skills to tackle complex architectural challenges.
  • Problem-solving: Think outside the box and overcome hurdles with ingenuity.
  • Mentoring: Support and guide less experienced architectural and interior design staff.
  • Communication: Articulate your ideas effectively and foster seamless collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Technical guidance: Share your expertise and provide technical support to the team.
  • Software proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software and firm tools to accomplish your work efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • For licensed Architects: A valid architectural license in applicable state.
  • For unlicensed Architects: A degree in architecture or related field and a passion for the profession.
  • 3+ years of experience in various architectural projects.
  • Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • A diverse portfolio showcasing successful projects in aviation, native American, commercial, education, and federal aviation sectors.
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills.
