Prov Enrollment Spec 2 - RM

Job Responsibilities:

• Be available to handle member and Provider inquiries.

• Processing enrollment information, assist with making changes as needed, and completing any needed cancellations.

• Complete life events, enrollment tasks, eligibility reconciliation and other key tasks as it relates to Enrollment & Eligibility.

• Building a positive rapport across a variety of personality types.

• Identifying and resolving customers' issues using problem-solving skills.

• Continually maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products and services.

• Putting the customer first and remaining polite and professional at all times

• Documenting all customer information and communications in the system.

Qualifications:

• Health insurance experience preferred.

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.

• Experience with Market Place and/or Covered California is strongly encouraged.

• Experience with reading/understanding 834 - Enrollment Transactions is strongly encouraged.

• Ability to thoroughly understand a large, complex organization and its functional policies, processes, and customers.

• Excellent written and verbal skills.
