Job Description
Summary: Seeking a CAD Designer with expertise in 2D/3D design for air pollution control equipment manufacturing, capable of developing and modifying industrial equipment fabrication and installation packages.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in 2D and 3D designs using Auto-Cad & Solid Works software platforms.
Ability to develop, modify, and update P&ID, Assembly Drawings, and Detailed Fabrication Drawings for approval and implementation.
Skill in reviewing prints, plans, specifications, and other customer or team documentation.
Competency in updating and maintaining design documentation.
Capability to prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Steel Structural or Large Equipment Design.
Knowledge of Plant Layouts.
Familiarity with Piping Design for various systems (e.g., compressed air, ammonia systems).
Proficiency in steelwork design and detailing.
2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with the VP of Operations at Tri-Mer Corporation to deliver high-quality CAD designs.
Ensure all designs meet the requirements for construction, assembly, or installation processes.
Maintain up-to-date documentation throughout the design process.
Duration: 9-month temporary-to-permanent position Start Date: As soon as possible Work Week: Monday-Friday on the first shift (40 hours per week)
Pay Details: $23.00 to $31.00 per hour
