Administrative Assistant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join the team as an Administrative Assistant. This role will provide crucial support to the administrative department and contribute to the smooth functioning of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
-Maintain organized filing systems and databases, ensuring easy retrieval of important documents.
-Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging venues, catering, and necessary materials..
-Collaborate with team members to support special projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in an administrative support or similar role.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
