Join our dynamic team where we prioritize efficiency and excellence in all our operations. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Nashville, TN team as a Mailroom Clerk. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Handle shipments using FedEx and other freight services.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure sufficient stock levels.
Assist with basic clerical tasks including data entry and filing.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security protocols when handling sensitive documents.
Operate office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and postage machines.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Familiarity with mailroom procedures and FedEx operations preferred
Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email)

Additional Insights:

This is a full-time position requiring attendance in the office five days a week.
Monday to Thursday: 8 am to 5 pm
Friday: 8 am to 3 pm with a 30-minute lunch break
Note: FedEx pickups may occur as late as 5:30 pm on some days.

Candidates with prior experience in mailroom operations or the postal service, including familiarity with freight shipping processes, are encouraged to apply.
