We are growing faster than we expected and can't handle all of the business coming in - we are looking for someone to join our team who will raise the bar.

The job is based in Greenville, SC. However, very little is “office time”. This is a mobile on-the-go kind of job.

What You Do As A Project Consultant/Sales Rep:

• In home sales with homeowners looking to paint their home

• All of the leads are generated by the company and all appointments are set by our office manager and marketing manager

• 90% of your time is spent doing estimates, meeting with prospective clients, and following up on prospects

• 10% of your time is spent on team building, meetings, trainings, and administrative tasks

• Heavily focused on personal and professional training & development

• All training is provided and training is a never ending focus

Compensation & Benefits:

• $45-140k/year (base salary during training period)

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience

Proven track record of success

Demonstrates a commitment to customers

Strong communication skills

Strong work ethic, ambitious

Self-motivated and results oriented

Ability to work independently

Experience in the painting or contracting industry is a plus but not required

A college degree in Business or related field is a plus but not required.
