Play a critical role in partnering with a technology industry innovator when you become an shipping and receiving associate with a local company in Blair, NE. What matters most as a shipping and receiving associate: 

• Pay of $21 an hour
• Direct Hire
• First shift 8:00am-4:30pm Monday- Friday
• Benefits: medical, dental, and vision 
• PTO package
• 401k eligible upon hire, contribution equal to 100% on the first 3 deferred plus 50% on the next 2% deferred. 100% vesting immediately
• Company paid 50k life insurance policy
• Continuing Education 50/50 cost sharing

Your new role as a shipping and receiving associate:

• Manage and coordinate domestic and international shipments and the receipt of all products, materials, and supplies for a fast-paced operation
• Track, trace, and update the status of shipments
• Complete all shipping documentation per regulations
• Complete final inspection of all orders
• Receive deliveries and unload packages and pallets from trucks
• Manage all storage locations, including properly storing and taking inventory of all materials
• Coordinate with purchasing as needed to ensure 100% availability of materials

What you need as a shipping and receiving associate:

• Relevant work experience (ideally 2+ years) within manufacturing, production/assembly, and supply chain management (purchasing, receiving, warehousing, inventory control, quality assurance, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of shipping materials domestically and internationally
• Proficient with computer applications, including Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools (Macola, Epicor, Great Plains) preferred
