Currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to add to our production team as a Cable Reinforcement Center Technician. This individual is responsible for maintaining the in-flow and out-flow of cables in the process of being reinforced while understanding the importance of keeping multiple machines running smoothly while paying attention to the strength, size, and quality of the product. You must be detail-oriented to troubleshoot and make clear decisions regarding the production process.

Production and/or machine experience is ideal and required. Training will be provided for a minimum of 3 months to ensure the technician is comfortable operating the machines and to ensure quality control. Excellent communication and teamwork is the key to success as a Cable Reinforcement Center Technician.

Schedule: Monday and Tuesday (13.50 hour shifts) and Wednesday (13 hour shift).

Openings: (1) Day Shift and (1) Night Shift

Pay: $17-$21/hr depending on experience

Position Requirements:

• Valid Driver License and reliable transportation
• GED or HS diploma
• Machinist/Production Experience (minimum 3 years)
• Background Check Required
• Capability to work day or night shift
• Ability to operate machinery in a safe and responsible manner
• Excellent communication and strong written skills
• Punctuality is a must
• Basic computer skills
• Capable of lifting 50-60lbs
