Position Overview:

Are you an ambitious and driven individual experienced in corporate sales within the Part 135 aviation industry? An exciting opportunity awaits! We are seeking a talented Corporate Salesperson to join our client’s team. This role involves promoting and selling Part 135 charter services to corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new corporate clients for Part 135 charter services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring client retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets to expand the corporate client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored charter solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our services.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring favorable agreements for the company and clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to drive sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in corporate sales, preferably within the Part 135 aviation sector.
  • Strong understanding of Part 135 regulations and knowledge of the aviation industry.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet clients or attend industry events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Location and Work Arrangement:
  • Ideally based in New Jersey, NY, or New York, NY, but open to remote work arrangements.
  • Some travel is required for client meetings and industry events.
Compensation:
  • Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and performance.
