We offer a sign on bonus of $3,000.00, scrub allowance as well as a competitive pay scale! In addition, we offer $250.00 per two week pay period in attendance bonus dollars, and $1200.00 per year in Annual Attendance Bonus dollars. Just show up on time, take breaks and clock in and out properly, leave as scheduled unless OT is requested by your manager, and you get $250.00 per pay period for perfect attendance. Easiest money you will ever earn.

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of a nurse aide training and competency evaluation program, or a competency evaluation program approved by the state within four (4) months of the date of hire.
  • Successful completion of a state-approved nurse aide training and competency evaluation program or a nurse aide competency evaluation program approved by the state and no-break in service of 24 months or longer.
  • Acceptable verification of training and competency evaluation from the State Nurse Aide Registry and no findings in the Registry concerning abuse, neglect, mistreatment of residents, or misappropriation of resident property.

Job Description

  • Provides direct care to residents to improve or maintain the resident's abilities according to the resident's plan of care.
  • Assist with resident's activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Provides care in a manner that protects and promotes resident rights, dignity, self-determination, and active participation.
  • Assists with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of plans of care for assigned residents and reports information about conditions, responses to interventions, and suggestions for alternative approaches to the Charge Nurse and/or Nurse Manager.
  • Follows facility policies and procedures appropriately to ensure resident receives safe quality care.
  • Attends 12 hours of in-service education provided by the facility annually.
